The Silent WifeA slow starting thriller that’s absolutely brilliant. Todd and Jodi have been together for more than twenty years, she puts up with his dalliances and he puts up with her  denial of the world around her until one day his latest affair results in a pregnancy. You don’t bond with either, in fact they are both not likable characters however you are drawn into the story and this is a perfect gripping psychological thriller.

Told in alternating voices the author builds up a picture of Todd and Jodi and how they lives their very shallow lives, that their relationship is built on very little love and how far one person will go to keep their  material live in tact.

Super, super read.
